About Wendy Hallam Martin ACE, CCE, BFE Multiple award winner Wendy Hallam Martin is an editor best known for her work on the Emmy and Golden Globe winning series, The Handmaids Tale. Wendy has received an Ace/Eddie award for the pilot, “Offred” and three Emmy nominations. She won an Emmy for the second season premier entitled “June”. She just completed the pilot for the upcoming comedy series The Consultant for Amazon starring Christophe Waltz and is presently working on the limited Series entitled Fellow Travelers for Showtime. Her other work includes the critically acclaimed cable series American Gods, MGM’s spy thriller Condor which she edited and co-produced, Showtime’s The Tudors, Borgias and Queer as Folk to name a few. Wendy resides in Toronto, Canada with her husband and two children. Wendy Hallam Martin is known for The Handmaid's Tale (2017-2022), Queer as Folk (1999) and The Tudors (2007)

British Film Editors (BFE), Virtual Glass of Wine: Elizabeth: Portrait in Parts A conversation with Editor Joanna Crickmay, Producer Kevin Loader and Archive Producers; Emily Thomas, Rebecca O'Conner Thompson and Stuart Chambers. British Film Editors regularly have Editors Conversations on various aspects of Editing. This recording was made on the 18th October 2022. A bit about Joanna and Kevin: Joanna Crickmay, Editor Joanna is an accomplished documentary editor whose work includes the BAFTA nominated films 'Alan Bennett's Diaries' and 'Arena: The National Theatre'. Her work covers a diverse range of subject matter and styles, spanning TS Eliot to Pete Doherty. Kevin Loader, Producer Kevin Loader is one of the UK’s most established film and television producers, and has produced over ten of Roger Michell’s films, including Venus (for which Peter O’Toole received his final Oscar nomination), the award-winning Le Week-end, and My Cousin Rachel, which starred Rachel Weisz and Sam Claflin. Loader’s previous feature films include Iannucci’s The Personal History of David Copperfield, The Death of Stalin and In The Loop; Andrea Arnold’s Wuthering Heights, Sam Taylor Johnson’s Nowhere Boy and Nicholas Hytner’s The Lady In The Van.
